Restore & Renew - yoga & soak
Sunday, December 14th at 3-5pm.
Join us for an afternoon of restoration and relaxation. This intimate event includes a one hour restorative yoga class and an optional 30 minute elemental healing session in our Japanese Mineral Soak, complimented with light hors d'oeuvres and a complimentary glass of organic wine or non-alcoholic bubbles.
Relax your body, and calm your mind as your guided through a series of healing postures to help release tension and manage stress. We will focus on breath work and body awareness to bring you fully into the present moment for optimal healing.
Some props are provided. Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket, and pillow. If you are also soaking with us, please bring your own swim wear for the soak.

As you soak in warm, mineral-rich water, the sound bath emersion begins.
Tibetan Sound Bowls, Gong, and Twilight Chimes send pure, resonant tones through the air and water, and straight into your body. The vibrations melt tension, quiet your mind, and shift you into deep calm. No effort necessary.
Within minutes, thoughts fade, breathing slows, and your whole system softens and resets.
This event is offered at three different times for your convenience.

Private Events
We would love to host you and your guests for an afternoon of revitalization and renewal.
Planet Terra is available for private event rental on Sundays when no other recurring or special events are scheduled.
Private events are priced per attendee and event duration:
$50 per hour, per person
2 or 4 hour blocks available
