Restore & Renew - yoga & soak
Sunday, May 10th, 3-5pm
Join us for an afternoon of restoration and relaxation. This intimate event includes a one-hour restorative yoga class and an optional 30-minute elemental healing session in our Japanese Mineral Soak, complemented with light hors d'oeuvres and fresh, organic juices.
Relax your body, and calm your mind as you're guided through a series of healing postures to help release tension and manage stress. We will focus on breath work and body awareness to bring you fully into the present moment for optimal healing.
Some props are provided. Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket, and pillow. If you are also soaking with us, please bring your own swim wear for the soak.

As you soak in warm, mineral-rich water, the sound bath emersion begins.
Tibetan Sound Bowls, Gong, and Twilight Chimes send pure, resonant tones through the air and water, and straight into your body. The vibrations melt tension, quiet your mind, and shift you into deep calm. No effort necessary.

Saturday, April 25th, 10am
Join us for a morning of deep release and rhythmic regulation. This intimate event begins with a one-hour guided Breathwork session, followed by a 30-minute elemental healing journey in our Japanese Mineral Soak, complemented with light hors d'oeuvres and fresh, organic juices.
We will begin on the mat, where you’ll be guided through conscious breathing techniques and body awareness exercises designed to clear stagnant energy and quiet the noise of the mind.
Once the mind is clear, you will transition into the warm, mineral-rich waters of our sanctuary. As you soak, the physical body softens, allowing the benefits of your breathwork to settle deep to the bone.
Relax your body, expand your spirit, and let the elements facilitate your total reset.
Please bring your own mat, blanket, socks, and journal for your comfort and reflection.

Join us for a deeply transformative Scorpio Full Moon Circle and Soak.
This powerful Full Moon in Scorpio invites us into a deep dive of the unconscious waters within, held in a mineral-rich soak. As what's hidden beneath the surface is revealed, we become more conscious, awakening a deeper sense of empowerment within.
At a time when the world feels heavy, this kind of inner exploration is essential. Healing begins with us, so we can respond from our truth instead of our wounds - bringing more love into the world.
We will end with heart-centered sharing and a closing to help ground in what's been revealed and integrated.

Our Share the Love Special includes 30 minutes of each of our elemental healing services, and fresh, organic beverages for you and someone you appreciate.

Planet Terra is available for private event rental anytime, when no other recurring or special events are scheduled.
Private events are priced per attendee and event duration:
$50 per person / 2 hours

$100 person / 4 hours
